Hi! I’m Sandra Hagen, a recent graduate of Long Island University - Post with a BFA in Musical Theatre. I’m originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, where I was able to find my love of performing through dance, choir, church plays, jazz band and any other creative outlet I could find. No matter what, I always found my way back to the stage. I was introduced to theatre a little later than most, but after stepping into my first musical (Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella) my sophomore year of high school, I was completely hooked. Since then, I’ve embraced every chance to create, collaborate, and tell stories.
Behind the scenes, I love to spend time with my family and friends, explore the outdoors, and go on adventures wherever the wind might take me. My most recent adventure took me to Tanzania, Africa where I volunteered in an orphanage for two weeks. I am very academically driven and enjoy learning in many different fields and atmospheres. Growing up I wanted to be everything under the sun; an astronaut, a Neonatologist, even the president, but nothing filled my soul with joy quite like performing.
